Exhibition and trade show coffee in Dubai: plan your stand bar
A stand coffee bar works because people queue for it, and queues bring visitors into your conversation. This guide is for exhibitors and stand contractors planning one in Dubai: which package fits a show day, what the venue will want to know, and how far ahead to start. Venues such as Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City Dubai and Dubai Harbour are named here only as places where Dubai shows are held, not as past clients.

Pick the package by stand traffic
Carts are priced per package, not per guest. Choose by how many visitors you expect and how many hours the stand is staffed.
| Package | What it covers | From |
|---|---|---|
| Espresso Bar, half-day | 1 barista, up to 4 hours, about 100 guests | AED 3,000 |
| Signature Bar, full-day | 2 baristas, up to 8 hours, about 200 guests | AED 4,500 |
| Coffee + Karak Experience, full-day | Signature Bar plus a live karak and gahwa station and Cha Cha Chai street food (vada pav, samosa pav and momos; quantities confirmed on your quote) | AED 5,900 |
Published add-ons: an extra hour from AED 400, a relief barista from AED 600, a standalone karak and gahwa station from AED 900 and custom branding from AED 750. As a worked example, three show days with the Signature Bar are 3 x 4,500 = AED 13,500 before add-ons. The exhibition stand cart page carries the longer worked totals.
What the venue will ask
Exhibition halls run their own catering rules, and outside food and drink on a stand generally needs organiser or venue approval through your exhibitor manual. We work through that route with you rather than around it, and if in-hall service cannot be approved we say so before you spend anything.
- Stand size and position, so the cart footprint and clearance can be checked.
- Power, water and storage arrangements, including any overnight supply for refrigeration.
- Build-up and teardown windows from your organiser.
- Any venue or organiser fees, which we show as their own line on the quote.
Every quote comes with a technical pack covering power, footprint, storage, water, waste and timings, in writing, before any payment.
Plan backwards from show week
- Two to three months out: send the show name, venue, stand size and expected daily visitors.
- On quote: review the itemised price and technical pack with your stand contractor.
- To confirm: a 50% deposit confirms your dates, and purchase orders are accepted.
- Show week: you get a named contact on WhatsApp for anything live.
The five working days notice we quote for simple private events does not apply to trade shows.
Show dates
We do not keep a separate date list on this page. The UAE corporate calendar prints the dates we publish, including GITEX Global at Expo City Dubai and WHX Dubai, and the pages for GITEX, WHX and Gulfood have the detail for each show. Always confirm dates with your organiser.
Beyond Dubai
Dubai is our home, but enquiries from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE are welcome. Tell us the address, date and headcount and we confirm what we can do, with travel, crew and logistics shown on your written quote.
Common questions
Do you cover Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City Dubai and Dubai Harbour?
Tell us the show and venue and we quote for it. Each venue sets its own rules, so service on a stand depends on organiser or venue approval, which we work through with you.
Venue logisticsHow much is a coffee bar for a three-day show?
Three days with the Signature Bar is 3 x AED 4,500 = AED 13,500 before add-ons and before 5% VAT.
Coffee cart costHow far ahead should I book?

Power requirement, cart footprint and clearance, storage, water, waste handling and setup and teardown timings, sent in writing with every quote.
