As of September 2026, GITEX is roughly three months out. Exhibitors' events managers lock stand catering 4–8 weeks before the show — October to early November. Show-week dates are exclusive bookings: one stand gets the team you book, and December is the peak of Dubai's exhibition season. That's a truthful statement of how the calendar works, not manufactured scarcity. If your preferred dates are already committed when you enquire, we say so immediately and offer the waitlist or an off-venue show-week plan — no false 'slots available' games.
Same published day rates as everywhere on this site — most operators in this market won't publish any. For the 4-day main expo: SIGNATURE BAR (full-day, 2 baristas): 4 × AED 4,500 = AED 18,000 ex VAT. COFFEE + KARAK EXPERIENCE (karak & gahwa station INCLUDED, dedicated server): 4 × AED 5,900 = AED 23,600 ex VAT. GITEX days run long, so two clearly-labelled worked examples: OPTION A — 'Signature Bar + à-la-carte karak add-on', 4 days, 10-hour days: (4 × 4,500) + (4 × 2 × 400 extra hours) + (4 × 600 relief barista) + (4 × 900 karak station) = AED 27,200 ex VAT. OPTION B — 'Coffee + Karak Experience + long-day add-ons' (karak already included): (4 × 5,900) + (4 × 2 × 400) + (4 × 600) = AED 29,200 ex VAT. Expand North Star brings thousands of startups pitching investors — and a startup pod has a startup budget. The half-day Espresso Bar from AED 3,000 turns your pod into the one with a queue for exactly the hours investors walk the floor. A 3-day half-day run is 3 × AED 3,000 = AED 9,000 ex VAT — a known ceiling for your budget sheet. Honest note: if that's beyond your activation budget, we understand — this tier is priced for funded startups and corporate pods, and we'd rather say so than waste your time.
GITEX's move to Expo City means even veteran exhibitors are working a new venue: new halls, new order forms, new delivery windows. Every quote includes the full technical pack — power (incl. 24-hour supply for overnight refrigeration), footprint, storage, water, waste, setup/teardown timings — in writing, before you pay anything, ready for your stand contractor before design freeze. Outside F&B on a stand needs organiser/venue approval through your show's exhibitor manual; we complete that route with you honestly, and your 50% deposit is only taken once the route is confirmed — refunded in full if approval is later declined.
