How much does a coffee cart cost in Dubai?

Straight answer, in dirhams, before you fill in a single form. These are the same rates we publish on our coffee cart hire page and quote to every client — a branded ROAST cart, trained ROAST baristas, fresh espresso, matcha and authentic karak — laid out here so you can budget an event in five minutes. Nothing on this page is a teaser rate — these are the rates we quote against and invoice from.

TL;DR — coffee cart hire in Dubai
AED 3,000Half-day cart with barista · up to 4 hours · about 100 guests (pax)
AED 4,500Full-day cart · up to 8 hours · 2 baristas · about 200 guests (pax)
AED 5,900Full day with a live karak & gahwa station and a dedicated server

All prices are "from" rates and exclude 5% VAT. Delivery, setup and teardown in Dubai are included — no separate service charge. A 50% deposit confirms your date.

The short answer

A coffee cart with a barista in Dubai costs from AED 3,000 for a half day and from AED 4,500 for a full day, excluding 5% VAT. That headline moves for four reasons only: how long the bar runs, how many baristas it needs, whether you add a live karak & gahwa station, and whether you want your own branding on the cups and the cart. Everything else — the cart itself, the baristas, the unlimited espresso menu with all milks and consumables, delivery, setup and teardown within Dubai — is inside the number.

Two things to know before you compare us with anyone else. First, our rates are published, which most operators in this market will not do — so you can put a real ceiling in your budget spreadsheet today. Second, you are booking a recognised Dubai café brand with 9 locations and a Dubai Science Park cloud kitchen behind every cart, not a rented machine with a hired hand. That is what the price buys.

What a cheap quote usually leaves out

A low headline number is easy to write. Before you compare any two coffee cart quotes in Dubai, check whether each of these is inside the price or waiting for you on the final invoice:

Common questions about coffee cart prices

How much does a coffee cart cost in Dubai?

A branded ROAST coffee cart with a barista starts from AED 3,000 for a half day (up to 4 hours, about 100 guests), from AED 4,500 for a full day (up to 8 hours, two baristas, about 200 guests) and from AED 5,900 for a full day with a live karak and gahwa station. All prices exclude 5% VAT and include delivery, setup and teardown in Dubai.

What is included in the coffee cart price?

The branded ROAST cart, trained ROAST baristas, the unlimited espresso menu with all milks and consumables, delivery, setup and teardown within Dubai, and a full VAT tax invoice with TRN. There is no separate service charge. Custom branding on cups, sleeves and signage is a published add-on from AED 750.

How is a multi-day exhibition coffee cart priced?

Day rate × number of days, plus any add-ons per day. A 3-day show with the full-day Signature Bar is 3 × AED 4,500 = AED 13,500 ex VAT. With 10-hour days, a third barista and a karak & gahwa station it is (3 × 4,500) + (3 × 2 × 400) + (3 × 600) + (3 × 900) = AED 20,400 ex VAT. Any venue or organiser fees are itemised separately in your quote.

Do the prices include VAT, and are there hidden charges?

All prices exclude 5% VAT, which appears as its own line on your tax invoice. Delivery, setup and teardown within Dubai are included with no separate service charge. The only extras are the published add-ons — extra hour AED 400, extra barista AED 600, standalone karak & gahwa station AED 900 per day, custom branding from AED 750 — and any venue or organiser fees, which are itemised separately.

How do I confirm a date, and how much notice do you need?

A 50% deposit confirms your date. We need from 5 working days’ notice for private and corporate events and 2–3 months for major exhibitions, because badges, power orders and venue approvals take time. POs are accepted and every booking gets a full VAT tax invoice with TRN. Tell us the date, venue and rough headcount and we reply within one working day.
