Event bars start from AED 3,000 for a branded half-day cart with a barista (up to ~100 guests, delivery and setup included), from AED 4,500 full-day, or from AED 5,900 with a live karak and gahwa station — all excluding 5% VAT. Your final quote depends on guest numbers, hours, menu and setup. Tell us the date, venue and rough headcount and we'll come back within one working day with a clear quote and a proper tax invoice.

Honest answer: venues like DWTC hold exclusive catering rights, and outside F&B on a stand generally needs organiser or venue approval through your show's exhibitor manual. We will never suggest working around that. What we do is complete the approval route with you — and we only take your deposit once the route is confirmed. If in-hall service isn't approvable for your show, we tell you straight, before you've spent anything, and propose a compliant alternative: an off-venue activation at your office, showroom or reception during show week.
Every quote comes with a full technical pack — exact power requirement (including whether you need 24-hour supply for overnight refrigeration, which is a separate line on venue order forms), cart footprint and clearance, back-of-stand storage needs, water arrangement, waste handling and setup timings — in writing, before you pay anything. It arrives with your quote precisely so you can hit your stand contractor's design freeze and your venue's power-order deadline.
