These are our published Dubai cart prices, excluding 5% VAT, and they are the base for Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi events are quoted individually: the written quote lists the package first, then travel, crew and set-up lines where they apply, before you confirm. You receive a VAT tax invoice with our TRN and we accept purchase orders.
What we need from you
- Venue: the address or hall, and the area where the cart would stand.
- Access: how we reach the spot, where we unload and park, and any venue passes, badges or contractor rules.
- Power: where the nearest power point is. We confirm what we need on the quote.
- Timing: the date, when service starts and ends, and when we can set up and must be out.
- Guests: the expected headcount.

What does a coffee cart cost in Abu Dhabi?
Our published Dubai cart prices are the base: from AED 3,000 for a cart with a barista, AED 4,500 for the Signature Bar, AED 5,900 for the Coffee + Karak Experience and from AED 900 for a standalone karak and gahwa station, excluding 5% VAT. Abu Dhabi events are quoted individually: the written quote adds travel, crew and set-up where they apply, itemised, before you agree.
Can you serve inside ADNEC or another exhibition hall?
Venues set their own catering and exhibitor rules, and some allow only their own caterer inside the halls. If you are an exhibitor, check with your organiser first; if you are hosting at a hotel, office, private venue or outdoor space, we can usually plan it directly. We never promise a spot inside a venue that does not allow outside coffee.
How much notice do you need?
We confirm timing on your written quote. Exhibitions need lead time because venue approvals, badges and power orders take time, so enquire early.
