We are ROAST Specialty Coffee, with cafés across Dubai together with Cha Cha Chai, and we review coffee samples from bean suppliers, roasters and importers anywhere in the world. Submit your details in the form below, and we reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with shipping details for your sample.
What to include in your submission
A complete submission lets our team judge a sample quickly. Please give us:
- A spec sheet for the coffee
- Origin and lot information, with the harvest year
- The process (washed, natural, honey or other)
- Grade or screen size, and moisture
- Any certifications you hold
- Price per kg, minimum order quantity and lead time
- Packaging
- The export documents you can provide for UAE import
A sample of 250 to 500 g is typical, green or roasted. Treat this as guidance only: tell us what you can send and we confirm the details in our reply.
How it works
- Submit the form. Give us your company details and the coffee you would like us to taste.
- We reply within one working day. Monday to Friday, with shipping details for your sample.
- Our team tastes and scores it. Every sample we receive is tasted and scored by our team.
- We contact you only if a lot fits our needs. If it does, we get in touch about the next step.
What we look for
We look for traceable origin, consistent quality, a clean cup, reliable export paperwork and stable supply. A lot we can trace back to its source, and a supplier who can repeat it, tells us more than any single cupping score.

Common questions
Do you buy green or roasted coffee?
Tell us which you offer in the Product field: green, roasted or both. We look at both, and a submission does not commit us to buying either.
What sample size should I send?
A sample of 250 to 500 g is typical, green or roasted. This is guidance only. Tell us in the form what you can send and we confirm the details in our reply.
Who pays for shipping?
Suppliers cover the cost of sending samples unless we agree otherwise in writing. Our reply gives you the shipping details once you have submitted the form.
Will I get feedback on my sample?
We cannot answer every submission. Our team tastes and scores each sample it receives, and we contact you if a lot fits our needs.
Which UAE import documents do I need?
Include the export documents you can provide for UAE import with your submission, together with the spec sheet and lot information. We confirm anything further in our reply.
Can I send more than one lot?
Yes. List each lot with its origin, process, harvest and price per kg in the Message field, or submit the form once per lot.
Do you buy from first-time exporters?
You are welcome to submit. What matters is traceable origin, consistent quality and reliable export paperwork, whatever the size of your business.
