Five things to check in any corporate catering quote
A price per person, a price per tray and a price per package are three different units, so compare like with like. Check these five things before you compare totals:
- ✦Unit and minimum: is it per head, per tray or per package, and what is the smallest order? Ours: per-head packages from 8 people, majlis from 30 or 40, carts per package.
- ✦VAT: is the price before or after VAT? Ours are before 5% VAT, and VAT is shown as its own line on the tax invoice.
- ✦Delivery: is it in the price? Ours: trays and flasks AED 250 minimum per delivery, free above AED 500, flat AED 40 below that; cart delivery, setup and teardown in Dubai are included.
- ✦Service charge: is there one? Ours: no service charge.
- ✦Paperwork: a VAT tax invoice with the supplier's TRN, and purchase orders accepted. Ours: both.

From AED 45 per head for a Coffee Break, AED 55 for a Working Breakfast and AED 95 for a Full Meeting Day, with a minimum of 8 people. Corporate breakfast catering is also from AED 45 per head. Karak trays are priced per tray (from AED 250 for 10 cups), flasks from AED 40 and coffee carts per package (from AED 3,000). All prices exclude 5% VAT and are confirmed on your itemised quote.
What is the minimum order?
Per-head packages start at 8 people. A majlis station needs 30 people and a hosted majlis 40. Trays and flasks are ordered by the tray or flask, and a coffee cart is priced per package whatever the headcount. Delivery in Dubai for trays and flasks is AED 250 minimum per delivery.
What can you cater for a meeting or corporate event?
Breakfast (pastries, pressed-sandwich platters, yoghurt and fruit pots and brunch boxes), meeting and coffee-break packages, karak and gahwa in flasks and trays, majlis stations, and staffed coffee carts for events. Full Meeting Day is beverage-led. If you need something beyond the published menu, say so when you enquire and we confirm what we can do in writing.
How does ordering work, and how quickly do I get a quote?
You send the date, address and headcount, and we reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with an itemised written quote, valid for 14 days. A PO or deposit confirms the booking: for coffee carts and live stations a 50% deposit confirms your date, and other orders follow the terms written on your quote. A VAT tax invoice carrying our TRN follows, with no service charge.
How much does delivery cost, and how much notice do you need?
Delivery in Dubai for trays and flasks: AED 250 minimum per delivery, free delivery above AED 500, flat AED 40 below that. Trays and flasks can often be delivered the same day to nearby Dubai offices when ordered in the morning. Coffee carts and live stations need from 5 working days' notice for private and corporate events, with delivery, setup and teardown in Dubai included in the price.
Is everything halal, and can you handle allergies?
Yes. We are a licensed halal UAE F&B operator, so everything we serve is halal. Tell us about allergies or dietary needs when you enquire and we flag ingredients and offer suitable options.
Do you issue VAT invoices and accept purchase orders, and can we set up a regular order?
Yes to both. Every order has a VAT tax invoice with our TRN, purchase orders are accepted and there is no service charge. Weekly team breakfasts, monthly town-hall breakfasts and karak trays can run on a standing order with one monthly invoice.
