Our cafés serve iced lattes, cold brew and other cold drinks. Whether cold drinks can be added to a coffee cart, tray or flask order for your event is confirmed on your quote, because we do not publish a catering price for them. We do not publish a catering price for cold drinks, and we do not state that our carts, trays or flasks include iced coffee, cold brew or any other cold drink. If you want cold drinks for a meeting, a staff day or an event, tell us what you have in mind. We confirm on your itemised quote whether we can add them to your order, how they would be served, and at what price.

Do your coffee carts, trays or flasks include iced coffee, cold brew or iced karak?
Not as published. Our published carts, trays and flasks are described as hot drinks formats. If you want cold drinks alongside them, tell us in your enquiry and we confirm what is possible, and at what price, on your quote.
What should I put in my enquiry for cold drinks?
The date and time, the venue, the headcount, and which cold drinks you have in mind (for example iced lattes or cold brew). Tell us if you will be serving outdoors and whether there is power and space to keep drinks cold. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday).
How far ahead should I ask?
For the published hot formats, trays and flasks have no contract and nearby Dubai offices can often be served same day, while carts and live stations need from five working days’ notice. Timing for cold drinks is confirmed on your quote, so ask as early as you can.
