Coffee, karak, gahwa and more

Espresso-based coffee
Flat whites, cappuccinos and the full espresso menu from a ROAST cart or barista bar, with all milks and consumables. Half-day cart from AED 3,000, full day from AED 4,500.
Karak & saffron chai
Real Cha Cha Chai karak since 2013: 1L flasks (about six cups) from AED 40, 10-cup trays from AED 250 and a live station from AED 900.
Gahwa & dates
Arabic coffee from the dallah with dates for majlis and delegations: a majlis station from AED 45 per person (minimum 30) or a gahwa flask with dates from AED 55.
Filter coffee by the flask
A 1L specialty filter-coffee flask, about six cups, from AED 65, for boardrooms and floors that want coffee without a barista.

The winter season
Dubai's event season generally runs from November to March, when the weather is cooler and offices, launches, exhibitions and weddings cluster. Hot drinks suit those months: karak and gahwa for gatherings, flasks for meeting rooms and a barista cart for launches. How much does hot drinks catering cost in Dubai?
A 1L karak or saffron chai flask (about six cups) is from AED 40 and a 1L specialty filter-coffee flask (about six cups) from AED 65. A 10-cup karak tray is from AED 250 and a live karak and gahwa station from AED 900. A majlis station with gahwa, dates and karak is from AED 45 per person (minimum 30), and a coffee cart is from AED 3,000 for a half day. All prices exclude 5% VAT and are confirmed on your itemised quote.
Do you cater Arabic coffee?
Yes. Gahwa poured from the dallah with dates is part of our majlis service, from AED 45 per person with a minimum of 30 people, and a gahwa flask with dates is from AED 55. Details, headcount table and hosted option are on the gahwa and majlis service page.
Is it karak only, or can you do coffee as well?
Both, from one order. Karak flasks and trays are covered on the karak chai catering page; espresso-based drinks come from a ROAST cart or bar, from AED 3,000 for a half day, and gahwa has its own service. You can combine them on one quote and one VAT invoice.
Can you serve hot chocolate or chai latte at an event?
Marshmallow Hot Chocolate and Chai Latte are on our café menu and are available on request for events. Tell us the headcount and date and we confirm them on your quote.
How many trays or flasks do we need for 30 people?
Three 10-cup karak trays cover about 30 people, from AED 750 ex 5% VAT. A 1L flask pours about six cups, so five flasks cover the same group. For a group of about 100, a half-day coffee cart (up to 4 hours, about 100 guests) is from AED 3,000.

Trays and flasks have no contract, and we can often deliver same-day to nearby Dubai offices when you order in the morning. Carts and live stations need from five working days’ notice, and a 50% deposit confirms the date. We reply to every enquiry within one working day (Monday to Friday).
