How a corporate order works at ROAST

A ROAST corporate order runs in plain steps: you send an enquiry, we reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with a written quote valid for 14 days, you approve it, we confirm the date, address and timing, we deliver or set up from our Dubai kitchen, and you receive one VAT invoice with our TRN and no service charge.

Process as described on 10 October 2026. Prices are on our cost per head page, before 5% VAT.

The steps, from enquiry to invoice

  1. Send an enquiry: Use the form on the corporate page, message us on WhatsApp +971 50 645 7762 or call. Tell us what you need and for how many people.
  2. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday): Our corporate team replies within one working day (Monday to Friday) and asks for anything missing.
  3. Receive a written quote: You get an itemised written quote with prices in AED and 5% VAT shown separately. The quote is valid for 14 days.
  4. Approve the quote: Reply to approve it, or tell us what to change. A revised quote replaces the earlier one.
  5. Pay the deposit where one applies: For coffee carts and live stations a 50% deposit confirms your date. Other orders follow the terms written on your quote.
  6. Confirm the details: We confirm the date, address, building access and timing in writing, so the crew or driver arrives with no surprises.
  7. We prepare and deliver or set up: Your order is prepared in our licensed Dubai kitchen, using the same recipes as our cafés, then delivered ready to serve or set up on site by our crew.
  8. One VAT invoice: After the order you receive one VAT tax invoice carrying our TRN. There is no service charge. Purchase orders are accepted.
  9. Tell us how it went: We ask for your feedback so the next order is easier.

What we need from you

Have these ready and your quote comes back faster and more accurate.

  • Headcount, so we can size the order
  • Date and time, including when you want it served
  • Delivery address and access: building, floor, security or permit requirements, parking or loading
  • Dietary notes for your guests
  • A PO or LPO number, and the billing entity name exactly as it should appear on the invoice
  • The email address that should receive the invoice

Notice and changes

Coffee carts and live stations need from 5 working days' notice; see the corporate FAQ for lead times by service. The ordering terms for per-head packages are set out in ordering terms at a glance. If you change headcount or timing, tell us and we send a revised written quote.
