Yes. We operate 9 points of sale across Dubai — cafés and kiosks — plus a licensed cloud kitchen at Dubai Science Park, so we already run the menu, people, supply and quality systems a lobby café needs. We can take the space on and run it as a branded café, or work inside your own F&B setup.
What partnership models are you open to?
Concession or lease, revenue share, a co-branded café inside your property, a managed kiosk, or supply-only (our coffee, karak and bakery served by your team). We shape the model around your property, footfall and brand standards — not a one-size template.
Why coffee and karak together?
Dubai's guests want both. ROAST has poured specialty coffee since 2018 and Cha Cha Chai has made authentic karak since 2013. One counter serves the international guest's flat white and the resident's karak and gahwa.
Can you work across several properties?
Yes — multi-site is exactly how we already run. One menu, one supply chain from our Dubai Science Park kitchen, and one point of contact for the whole portfolio.
Is everything halal, and do you invoice with VAT?
Everything we serve is halal. We operate through two licensed UAE F&B companies — ROAST LLC and CCC LLC, part of Missan Group — with proper VAT tax invoices.
