Yes. A bean-to-cup machine comes on free loan with no deposit on a six-month bean commitment, or at AED 199 a month with no lock-in if you would rather not commit. Servicing and restocking are included in the pantry programme.
Yes — a proper UAE VAT tax invoice with our TRN on every order, and a single consolidated monthly invoice for pantry programmes. We can supply our trade licence, VAT certificate and food-safety documentation for vendor registration; ask and we will send the pack.
Yes, and this is worth booking early — Ramadan is expected to begin around 8 February 2027. We do self-serve majlis stations with live gahwa, dates and karak from AED 45 per person, hosted majlis from AED 85 per person, and recurring iftar or suhoor supply from AED 38 per person per day. Dates fill quickly, so talk to us from early January.
