A. Pricing and VAT

Are the published prices before VAT?

Yes. Every price on the site is in dirhams before the 5% VAT, which is added on your invoice.

Do I get a VAT invoice, and can my team pay by purchase order?

Yes to both. Each booking comes with a full VAT tax invoice carrying our TRN, and purchase orders are accepted.

What does the word "from" mean next to a price?

It marks the starting price for that item at the size shown, in Dubai. Your written quote carries the exact total for your date, address and headcount.

What do the per-person meeting packages cost?

Coffee Break starts at AED 45, Working Breakfast at AED 55 and Full Meeting Day at AED 95 per head. The minimum is 8 people.

What does an office pantry programme cost each month?

Pantry programmes start at AED 599, AED 1,150 and AED 2,200 a month for the desk, floor and HQ tiers. A 12-month term saves 8%.

How quickly will I receive a quote?

How far ahead should I book a coffee cart or live station?

Coffee carts and live stations: from 5 working days' notice for private and corporate events; 2–3 months for major exhibitions (approvals, badges and power orders take time).

How do I lock in a date for a coffee cart or live station?

Coffee carts and live stations: A 50% deposit confirms the date; POs accepted.

What should I send to get a quote?

Send the date and hours, the venue address, the expected headcount and what you would like served. Add your company name and any PO or TRN details your finance team needs.

Is everything you serve halal?

Yes. We are a licensed halal UAE F&B operator, so everything served is halal.

Do karak trays come with samosa and pav?

No, they are separate. Office karak trays start at AED 250 for 10 cups, and the samosa-and-pav bundles are extra.

How many cups are in a flask?

A 1L karak or saffron chai flask pours about 6 cups and starts at AED 40.

What does a gahwa or specialty coffee flask cost?

A gahwa flask with dates starts at AED 55, and a 1L specialty filter-coffee flask starts at AED 65.

Is street food part of the AED 5,900 event package?

Yes. The Coffee + Karak Experience from AED 5,900 adds Cha Cha Chai street food (vada pav, samosa pav and momos), with quantities confirmed on your quote. The AED 4,500 plus AED 900 route does not include it.

D. Delivery and setup

What does delivery cost for trays and flasks?

Delivery in Dubai for trays and flasks: AED 250 minimum per delivery, free delivery above AED 500, flat AED 40 below that.

Can trays and flasks arrive on the same day?

Trays and flasks: same-day to nearby Dubai offices when ordered in the morning.

Is setup included when I hire a coffee cart?

Delivery, setup and teardown in Dubai are included in the coffee-cart rates.

Which parts of Dubai can you reach?

We work Dubai-wide, from DIFC, Business Bay and JLT to Dubai Marina, Dubai Silicon Oasis and Deira. If you are unsure about your building, ask.

E. Events and exhibitions

How much does a coffee cart cost for an event?

A half-day cart (1 barista, up to 4 hours, about 100 guests) starts at AED 3,000. A full-day cart (2 baristas, up to 8 hours, about 200 guests) starts at AED 4,500.

What do extra hours, extra baristas and branding cost?

An extra hour is AED 400 and an extra barista is AED 600. Custom branding for cups, sleeves and signage starts at AED 750.

What is a live karak station?

It is a standalone live karak and gahwa station for your event, starting at AED 900 a day.

How does a majlis station work?

A majlis station starts at AED 45 per person with a minimum of 30. It brings gahwa from the dallah, dates and a karak urn in a two-hour window. A hosted majlis starts at AED 85 per person with a minimum of 40.

Can you serve coffee at GITEX, Gulfood or WHX Dubai?

Yes. Stand coffee carts for these shows have their own pages, with day rates from AED 3,000 on the GITEX page.

F. Outside Dubai

Can you help with an office or event outside Dubai?

Dubai is our home, but enquiries from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE are welcome. Tell us the address, date and headcount and we confirm what we can do, with travel, crew and logistics shown on your written quote.
