Corporate catering for Abu Dhabi offices, launches and exhibitions
- ✦Offices and staff days: a branded cart for the day, with a karak and gahwa station if you want one. For karak trays or breakfast at a one-off staff event, ask us.
- ✦Conferences and exhibitions: a barista bar on or beside your stand, or in a hospitality area if the venue allows outside coffee.
- ✦Launches and activations: a cart set up for guests arriving through the event.
We have dedicated pages for coffee cart hire in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Finance Week 2026 and IDEX and NAVDEX 2027, and an overview of events in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Venues set their own rules. Some venues and exhibition centres have their own catering and exhibitor rules, and some allow only their own caterer inside the halls. Naming a venue is not a claim of any arrangement with it, and we never promise a spot inside a venue that does not allow outside coffee.
What we need from you
- ✦Venue: the address or hall, and the area where the cart would stand.
- ✦Access: how we reach the spot, where we unload and park, and any venue passes, badges or contractor rules.
- ✦Power: where the nearest power point is. We confirm what we need on the quote.
- ✦Timing: the date, when service starts and ends, and when we can set up and must be out.
- ✦Guests: the expected headcount.
How it works and the terms
- Send us the venue, date and number of guests.
- We confirm access, power and timing with you, and with your venue where needed.
- We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with a written quote: the package first, then travel, crew and set-up lines where they apply.
- Timing and deposit are confirmed on your written quote. In Dubai, coffee carts and live stations need from 5 working days' notice with a 50% deposit; for Abu Dhabi we confirm both on your quote.
- You receive a VAT tax invoice with our TRN, and purchase orders are accepted.
For Dubai prices per head, trays and flasks, see corporate catering in Dubai; the full sequence from enquiry to invoice is on how a corporate order works.

Corporate catering in Abu Dhabi, answered
Do you provide corporate catering in Abu Dhabi?
Yes, by enquiry. We are Dubai-based, so we confirm availability, travel and set-up for each event and we reply within one working day (Monday to Friday). Abu Dhabi events are quoted individually, with travel, crew and set-up shown as their own lines.
Is there a ROAST café in Abu Dhabi?
No. ROAST has no café outside Dubai: all five cafés are in Dubai. For events in Abu Dhabi we bring coffee carts and stations, quoted on request. The nearest cafés are in Dubai; see the locations page.
What does corporate catering cost in Abu Dhabi?
Our published Dubai prices are the base for carts and stations: from AED 3,000 for a cart with a barista, AED 4,500 for the Signature Bar, AED 5,900 for the Coffee + Karak Experience and from AED 900 a day for a karak and gahwa station, ex 5% VAT. The written quote adds travel, crew and set-up where they apply, itemised, before you agree.
Can you bring breakfast, karak trays or office coffee to an Abu Dhabi office?
For a one-off staff event, karak trays or breakfast outside Dubai: ask us and we confirm what is possible. Our pantry programmes run on Dubai routes; offices elsewhere in the UAE are welcome to ask, and we confirm whether a regular supply is possible and quote in writing.
Can you serve inside ADNEC or another exhibition hall?
Venues set their own catering and exhibitor rules, and some allow only their own caterer inside the halls. If you are an exhibitor, check with your organiser first; if you are hosting at a hotel, office, private venue or outdoor space, we can usually plan it directly. We never promise a spot inside a venue that does not allow outside coffee.
How much notice do you need, and how do I book?
For Abu Dhabi we confirm timing and deposit on your written quote. In Dubai, coffee carts and live stations need from 5 working days' notice with a 50% deposit. Exhibitions need lead time because venue approvals, badges and power orders take time, so enquire early. You receive a VAT tax invoice with our TRN and we accept purchase orders.
