We do not promise a spot inside a venue that does not allow it. We propose hospitality around the week instead: a breakfast or reception for your team and guests at a hotel, office or private venue, quoted per event.
Which package suits a corporate stand or hospitality suite?
The Espresso Bar (half day, 1 barista, about 100 guests) suits a single hosted session or reception. The Signature Bar (full day, 2 baristas, about 200 guests) suits a full day on your stand. Add the Coffee + Karak Experience if you want a karak station with a dedicated server. We confirm the right one on your quote.
How early should we enquire?
As early as you can. Passes, vehicle access, power and venue approvals all take time, so send the exhibitor or host rules that cover catering. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with what is possible and what is not.
