Show-week dates are exclusive bookings, and Dubai's January–March exhibition wave fills behind the December one. Which venue is our stand in, and does it change anything?

WHX 2027 splits across DWTC and the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City — your organiser confirms your hall. For us it changes only logistics, which the technical pack covers; rates are identical, and the approval route runs through your show's exhibitor manual either way.

Can you provide documentation for our vendor-compliance process?

Yes — that's normal for healthcare exhibitors. A procurement pack with trade licences, VAT registration and compliance documentation is available on request, every booking gets a full VAT tax invoice with TRN, and we accept purchase orders.
