On a clinical or equipment stand, the hardest part of the day is keeping a visitor long enough to hold a proper conversation. A barista bar gives your team a natural reason to say hello, and a seat or a standing counter gives the visitor a reason to stay. Packages and published rates
These are the standard published rates, the same as on our other exhibition pages. All prices exclude 5% VAT, a full tax invoice with TRN is issued, purchase orders are accepted, and venue or organiser fees are itemised separately in your quote.

Venue approval: check DWTC's catering policy first
Before you commit, check DWTC’s catering policy and your exhibitor manual, because food and drink on a stand normally needs organiser or venue approval. We do not promise approval. Our venue requirements checklist sets out what to ask, and we complete the approval route with you. Your 50% deposit is taken only once the route is confirmed, and it is refunded in full if approval is later declined.
UAE-wide, quoted per event
Dubai delivery, setup and teardown are included in the day rate. If your company also exhibits or hosts clients elsewhere in the UAE, we quote each event on its own. Approval route confirmed with your organiser through the exhibitor manual. 3. 50% deposit locks your dates. 4. Badges, passes and specifications agreed with your contractor. 5. Setup at build-up, three show days of pouring, teardown within the hall’s window.

Can the station serve karak as well as espresso?
Yes. The Coffee + Karak Experience adds a live Cha Cha Chai karak station with a dedicated server beside the espresso bar. Karak is made fresh at the station; street food (vada pav, samosa pav and momos) is confirmed on your quote.
When should we book for AEEDC Dubai 2027?
Now. Stand hospitality for January shows is usually decided before the year end, show dates are exclusive bookings, and branded cups add print lead time. Major exhibitions need 2–3 months for approvals, badges and power orders.
Do you only work inside Dubai World Trade Centre?
No. We serve events across the UAE, and every location outside Dubai is quoted per event. For a DWTC stand, delivery, setup and teardown in Dubai are included in the day rate.
Can you provide documentation for our vendor process?
Yes. A procurement pack with trade licences, VAT registration and compliance documentation is available on request, every booking receives a full VAT tax invoice with TRN, and we accept purchase orders.
How quickly will you reply to an enquiry?
