ROAST is the only dine-in café inside the Business Village complex, so for the hundreds of SME offices, business centres and incubators across Blocks A and B we are not a delivery — we are downstairs. Walk ten minutes in any direction and you are at Dubai Chambers, Emirates NBD, Dubai Islamic Bank and the City Centre Deira office towers. We handle pantry coffee, karak flasks and meeting trays for all of it.

There is no delivery run — our café is inside your complex. Orders for Blocks A and B are walked up to your floor. Tell us the time you want it there and we will confirm it in writing on the quote.
Yes, and they are a good fit. Several business-centre operators run floors inside Business Village, and a standing karak-and-coffee arrangement for a shared pantry usually works out cheaper per head than everyone ordering separately. We can quote it either as one account or per office.
Yes. The Dubai Chambers, Emirates NBD and Dubai Islamic Bank offices are all a ten-minute walk from us. For visitor-heavy meetings we would suggest gahwa and dates from AED 55 alongside coffee, with trays from AED 250. Tell us the headcount and the room and we will size it properly.
Yes — a ten-cup karak tray from AED 250 is the usual order for a full floor or a team meeting, and a 1-litre flask from AED 40 for a smaller room. If you want it every week at the same time, we will put it on a standing order so nobody has to remember.
AED 250 minimum per delivery, free above AED 500, flat AED 40 below. For offices inside Business Village the whole thing is simpler because we are in the same building. All prices are 'from' prices excluding 5% VAT and confirmed on your quote.
From early January. Ramadan 2027 is expected to start around 8 February, and iftar slots go quickly. Self-serve majlis stations from AED 45 per person, hosted majlis from AED 85, and daily iftar or suhoor supply from AED 38 per person per day on a five-day block.
