Do you deliver into DIFC and One Central?
Yes. One Central is about a thirteen-minute walk from our Blue Tower café and the DIFC towers are a short drive. Give us the building and floor and we will confirm your delivery window in writing on the quote.
A delegation is visiting and we need to host properly. What do you suggest?
Arabic gahwa served from the dallah with premium dates, alongside specialty coffee — that is the Emirati-host standard and it reads correctly to Gulf visitors. Gahwa flasks with dates start from AED 55, and for a larger reception a hosted majlis station starts from AED 85 per person.
Can you cater a stand or launch at the World Trade Centre?
Yes, and it is worth reading our exhibition page before you book — DWTC and some venues appoint their own caterers or require passes, so the honest answer depends on the hall and the show. Tell us the event and we will tell you plainly whether we can serve it and how.
How much notice do you need for meeting catering?
For trays and flasks, tell us the day before wherever you can. For events with a cart and baristas we ask for five working days to hold a date and staff it properly. If something moves forward at short notice, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
What are the minimums, and is VAT included?
AED 250 minimum per delivery, free delivery above AED 500, flat AED 40 below that. All prices shown are 'from' prices excluding 5% VAT, confirmed on your quote — which is itemised, so you can see product, delivery and staffing separately.
Do you have the paperwork our procurement team will ask for?
Yes — trade licences, VAT registration and compliance documentation, sent on request for your vendor file. Ask when you enquire and we will send the vendor pack in one go.
