Coffee for law firms, banks and consultancies in Dubai: pantry, boardroom and client meetings

In a professional services office the room where a client sits is part of the impression. This page is for office managers and executive assistants at law firms, banks and consultancies in DIFC, Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay and Downtown Dubai. It sets out which published options fit the pantry, the boardroom table and a longer client session, what a month adds up to, and what we ask before quoting.

Typical occasions

Professional services offices tend to need coffee in four ways.

  • Everyday pantry coffee for staff and walk-in visitors, where reliability matters most.
  • Client meetings, where a flask on the boardroom table is set before the client arrives.
  • Longer sessions such as a board morning, a deal-room day or a client workshop, on a per-head package.
  • Office events such as a client evening or a town hall, where a live barista adds atmosphere.

The boardroom table

Not every firm wants a barista in the building. A flask is the quiet option: a 1L karak or saffron chai flask holds about six cups and is from AED 40 (saffron AED 44), and a 10-cup karak tray is from AED 250, with samosa pav extra. For senior guests, an Arabic gahwa flask with dates is from AED 55.

A 12-person board meeting on the Working Breakfast package is 12 x 55 = from AED 660. Delivery in Dubai for trays and flasks: AED 250 minimum per delivery, free delivery above AED 500, flat AED 40 below that. Ordered in the morning, flasks and trays can often go same-day to nearby Dubai offices.

Worked example: a 25-person advisory office for a month

An advisory office takes the Floor pantry plan, holds one client workshop on the Working Breakfast package and puts two filter-coffee flasks on the boardroom table. Using published rates only:

Estimate and compare

The cost estimator adds up the published prices for your headcount and package. It is a guide, not a quote. If you are comparing suppliers, use the 12 questions to ask an office coffee supplier.

What we ask before quoting

  • Building and access: the tower and floor, reception or visitor steps for outside suppliers, and who signs for a delivery.
  • Timing: when the flask must be on the table.
  • Headcount: the real number, so the right tier is chosen.
  • Billing: one invoice for the office or per department, and any purchase order number.

We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with an itemised quote, confirming access and timing in writing. Every order carries a VAT tax invoice with TRN.

Common questions

Which pantry plan suits a 30-person firm?

The Floor tier covers about 15 to 50 people from AED 1,150 a month, about AED 38 per person a month for 30 people. Plans are priced per tier, not per head, and are before 5% VAT.

Yes. Regular corporate delivery covers DIFC and Business Bay, and Downtown Dubai is served from our Sheikh Zayed Road café and kitchen network. Tell us the building and we confirm the delivery window.

Yes. Every order carries a VAT tax invoice with TRN, purchase orders are accepted and recurring accounts get a monthly itemised invoice.

Can we serve gahwa to senior guests?

Yes. An Arabic gahwa flask with dates is from AED 55, before 5% VAT, and a majlis station is from AED 45 per person with a minimum of 30 people.
