What is Dubai Chocolate?

Dubai Chocolate is a filled milk-chocolate bar built around three things: smooth pistachio cream, a hit of tahini, and — the magic — crispy kunafa (kataifi), the shredded filo pastry used in Middle-Eastern desserts. Toasted golden and folded through the filling, it gives the bar its signature crunch. Born in Dubai, it went global through social video and became shorthand for the city's love of indulgent, theatrical desserts.

How it becomes a latte

Translate that bar into a glass and you get a layered iced coffee: rich chocolate and espresso over cold milk and ice, finished with a crown of crispy kunafa, a generous drizzle of pistachio cream and milk chocolate, and a scatter of crushed pistachios.
