A cart is priced per package, not per head, so the right format depends on how many people you are hosting. These are the published options, all from prices excluding 5% VAT.

Shaping the evening
A half-day cart runs up to 4 hours and a full-day cart up to 8, so the first decision is when your guests will actually want a cup. These are suggestions, not fixed programmes; your quote follows your own timetable.
- ✦When guests arrive - a coffee cart gives people something to hold while they find their seats: espresso drinks, matcha, and karak or saffron chai for those who prefer it.
- ✦After the meal - karak and gahwa with dates suit the slower part of the evening, when guests gather rather than queue.
- ✦Late in the evening - if the party runs on, an extra hour is AED 400 and an extra barista AED 600, so you can decide on the night.
- ✦Two-hour majlis window - the majlis station is self-serve in a two-hour window, which suits a gathering with a clear start and end.

Gahwa and karak for your guests
Gahwa with dates is part of what we serve for majlis and hospitality, poured from the dallah. The majlis station pairs it with a karak urn, so guests can take Arabic coffee or chai from the same table. Hospitality customs differ from one family to the next, so we do not script them for you.
