Seasons: outdoor events, November to March

Outdoor coffee cart for winter events in Dubai

Organisers tend to move events outdoors in the cooler months, roughly November to March, and a hot drink suits a day in the open air. This page is for organisers of community days, markets, sports meets, outdoor receptions and private events in Dubai. It lists the cart and station options with their published prices, what the venue and the quote need to confirm, and a worked example. We do not quote weather figures, and nothing here is a forecast.

Prices and terms as published on our coffee cart cost and venue requirements pages on 13 October 2026, ex 5% VAT.

What the venue and the quote confirm

A cart sets up indoors or outdoors, so an open-air site is a normal request. What we do not publish is a power, water or footprint figure, so these are confirmed on your quote, using the questions on the venue requirements checklist.

  • Power: where the cart can stand and the outlets nearby. No figure is published.
  • Water and waste: the arrangement is confirmed on your quote.
  • Space and access: the footprint, the route for the crew and the setup window are confirmed in writing.
  • Approvals: venue or municipality approvals stay with the organiser, and venue or organiser fees are itemised separately on the quote.

Delivery, setup and teardown in Dubai are included in the cart price, with no separate service charge.

Which outdoor events it suits

Finish areas, markets, neighbourhood days and outdoor gatherings follow the same logic. For runs and community days, read coffee for sports and community events. For weddings and private occasions, see coffee carts for weddings and private events. For shows, the exhibition coffee cart page covers the multi-day rates and venue approvals.

Long days and evening events

A full-day cart runs up to 8 hours. If your programme runs later, each extra hour is AED 400, agreed before the day, and an extra barista is AED 600 for a busy queue. For a gathering of about 30 people, three karak trays are AED 750 and a majlis station for 30 is AED 1,350.

Worked example: an outdoor community day for 200 guests

An organiser plans a 10-hour community day for about 200 guests with a full-day cart, a standalone karak and gahwa station and two extra hours. Using published rates only:

This illustrates arithmetic from published rates, not a quote. Venue or organiser fees, if any, are itemised separately. The coffee cart estimator is a guide, not a quote.
