Two head-office roles supporting our 9 points of sale and kitchen. Both require hands-on experience in food & beverage.
Purchase Manager
Full-time · Dubai · F&B experience required
Keep every café stocked with the right product, at the right price, on time — without letting food cost drift.
What you'll do
- Own purchasing for 9 ROAST points of sale and the Cha Cha Chai kitchen — coffee, dairy, bakery, produce, packaging and consumables
- Source and negotiate with UAE suppliers on price, quality, lead times and payment terms
- Raise and track purchase orders, and match deliveries to supplier invoices
- Control food cost and wastage with the operations team using par levels and POS inventory
- Keep suppliers compliant: halal certification, Dubai Municipality food-safety requirements and VAT-compliant invoicing
What you need
- Proven purchasing experience in F&B — cafés, restaurants, cloud kitchens, catering or hotels
- 3+ years in purchasing or procurement in the UAE
- Knowledge of the UAE food supplier market, halal and food-safety standards
- Strong Excel skills; experience with POS or inventory systems
- Confident negotiator with clear written and spoken English
Accountant
Full-time · Dubai · F&B experience required
Make sure every dirham from nine points of sale and five delivery platforms lands where it should.
What you'll do
- Reconcile daily sales across our outlets and delivery platforms — Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, Keeta and Careem
- Run accounts payable and receivable, supplier statements and payments
- Handle month-end close, bank reconciliations and UAE VAT returns
- Report inventory valuation and food cost to management
- Support audits and prepare monthly management reports
What you need
- Accounting experience in F&B — cafés, restaurants, cloud kitchens, catering or hotels
- 3+ years of accounting in the UAE, with hands-on UAE VAT experience
- Degree in accounting or finance
- Experience with Zoho Books or Xero, and POS sales data
- Strong Excel skills and a careful eye for detail
