Two office worlds sit inside one short drive of our Marina café: the Marina's own commercial core around Marina Plaza and the hotel strip, and across Sheikh Zayed Road the JLT and DMCC cluster — roughly eighty towers and a workforce in the tens of thousands. Brokers, traders, law firms and regional HQs all run on coffee and, quietly, on karak. We supply both, on one invoice.
The original ROAST experience by the water, and the base for corporate deliveries across the Marina, JBR and the JLT and DMCC towers just across Sheikh Zayed Road.
JLT and DMCC alone run to roughly eighty towers, and the Marina side adds a compact commercial core plus a dense hotel and events strip. These are the buildings inside our delivery ring, with the distance from our Marina counter.
Distances are from our Dubai Marina café. Buildings are listed to show our delivery radius — not as customer references.
Beans and karak restocked for a brokerage floor or a regional HQ, with a machine on free loan on a six-month term. One monthly invoice instead of four suppliers.
From AED 599 / month
The order executive assistants in these towers place most: a litre flask, about six cups, for client meetings and pitch days. Gahwa and dates when the visitors are from the Gulf.

Book a twenty-minute pantry review and we bring a complimentary ten-cup karak tray and a specialty coffee tasting to your office in the Marina or across in JLT and DMCC. Open to offices of fifteen people or more, with a written itemised quote the next working day and nothing to sign on the day.
Cluster, floor, headcount and what your team drinks.
A free tray on your floor and a short pantry review.
Itemised, ex-VAT, delivery windows agreed in writing.
One halal VAT invoice a month.
Both. The JLT clusters and DMCC towers, including Almas Tower and Uptown Tower, are all inside our delivery ring from the Marina café — the furthest is about a ten-minute drive. Give us your cluster and tower and we will confirm the delivery window in writing on your quote.
No, and it is worth telling us up front. Many JLT and DMCC towers route deliveries through a service lift with a pass. Note it in the enquiry form and we will build the access step into the delivery plan so your reception is not chasing our driver.
Yes. Early client breakfasts are a regular request in these towers. Tell us the time you need it laid out and we will confirm that window in writing before you book — we would rather agree a realistic time than miss one.
A live cart rather than trays. Our branded coffee cart with our own baristas starts from AED 3,000 for a half day, up to about a hundred guests, with setup and teardown included and no service charge. Add a live karak and gahwa station and it becomes the thing guests actually talk about. We need five working days' notice.
AED 250 minimum per delivery, free delivery above AED 500, and a flat AED 40 below that. All prices are 'from' prices excluding 5% VAT and are confirmed on your quote.
Yes. Trade licence, VAT certificate and TRN, food-safety documentation and our standard invoice sample — ask when you enquire and we will send the pack so your procurement team can register us without a back-and-forth.
Tell us your building, headcount and what your team drinks. We come back within one working day with a plan and pricing — and a tasting date if you want one.
