How to plan coffee and karak for a 50 to 200 person event in Dubai
Choosing coffee for a corporate event of 50 to 200 people comes down to headcount, hours and how much service you want on the day. This guide lines up every format we publish, with its stated capacity and starting price, so you can shortlist before you ask for a quote.

How the formats compare
Trays and flasks are the lightest option: they are delivered and priced by headcount. A live karak and gahwa station adds a staffed service point from AED 900 a day. A majlis station suits a gathering that wants gahwa, dates and a karak urn in a two-hour window. A coffee cart is a full barista bar and is priced per package, so it makes sense when many guests want freshly made espresso drinks.
Most events of 50 to 200 people end up with one of three set-ups: trays by headcount, a karak station plus a cart, or the Coffee + Karak Experience. The table above lets you test each against your numbers before you ask for a quote.

What a good quote should show
Ask for the format, the hours, the headcount it is built for, each add-on as its own line (an extra hour is AED 400 and an extra barista AED 600) and the VAT line. Our written quotes are itemised so you can compare them with any other supplier's.
Checklist before you ask for a quote
- ☐ Headcount, and whether it can grow
- ☐ Date and hours
- ☐ Venue address and access. Tell us the venue; we confirm what the setup needs on your quote.
- ☐ Company name, VAT and TRN details, and your PO if you use one
- ☐ Cups and branding needs (custom branding starts at AED 750)
- ☐ Dietary needs. Everything we serve is halal.
Four planning tips
- Confirm the headcount before choosing a cart size, because the half-day and full-day packages are built for different crowds.
- Settle major-show and busy-season dates early. Approvals, badges and power orders take time.
- Ask for an itemised quote so each line can be compared.
- Compare units, not headlines: a price per tray, per person and per package are different things.
