Can ROAST be our single corporate coffee supplier in Dubai?
Yes. One order can cover the office pantry, meeting and breakfast catering, karak flasks and trays, and event coffee bars, on one quote and one VAT tax invoice. That replaces separate suppliers for the machine, the beans, the caterer and the cart hire.
What documents do you provide for supplier onboarding?
Every order carries a VAT tax invoice with our TRN, and purchase orders are accepted. A procurement pack with trade licences, VAT registration and compliance documents is available on request. Use the supplier registration option on the enquiry form.
Do you invoice monthly?
Recurring accounts get a monthly itemised invoice that can be reconciled line by line. One-off orders, such as trays, flasks or an event bar, get a VAT tax invoice for that order. Payment terms are confirmed on your written quote.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
Karak flasks and trays are paid per order with no contract. The bean-to-cup machine is a free loan on a six-month bean plan, or AED 199 a month with no lock-in. Managed pantry plans are priced per tier, and 12-month terms save 8%.
