Three layers of office supply
Office pantries in Dubai usually need three things, and they can be on one order.
- Beans and a machine: specialty ROAST beans and a bean-to-cup machine, so the coffee is the same cup your team would buy in a café. See the office coffee machine options.

Tea at the pantry
Our tea is the kind Dubai drinks: karak chai, brewed properly by Cha Cha Chai since 2013, and saffron chai, with gahwa and dates for guests. If your office also needs a plain tea-bag or loose-leaf range, tell us on the enquiry. It is not a published line, so we confirm in writing what we can supply before anything is agreed.

A 30-person office on the Floor tier plus karak trays for one team meeting. Using published rates only:

Is the coffee machine included?
Yes, the bean-to-cup machine is placed free with no deposit on a six-month bean plan. Without the plan it is AED 199 a month with no lock-in. Both prices are ex 5% VAT.
How often are supplies delivered?
On a schedule that fits your headcount. Managed plans are restocked on a set schedule, and karak flasks and trays can be a standing weekly order or an on-demand order with no contract.
Is there a minimum order or delivery charge?
For karak flasks and trays in Dubai, delivery has a AED 250 minimum per delivery, is free above AED 500, and is a flat AED 40 below that. For a managed plan, delivery and servicing are confirmed for your tier on the written quote.
