What ROAST does not publish
Two of the questions above have no published number from ROAST: how fast a service issue is answered, and what usage reporting looks like. We would rather say so than invent a promise. Ask every supplier for both in writing, and compare the answers alongside price.
How to use this list
Send the twelve questions to each supplier on your shortlist and mark each answer as published, in writing on the quote, or not offered. Then price the same scope: a 15-person Desk plan is from AED 599 a month, ex VAT. Our office coffee subscription page lists the tiers, and the cost-per-head estimator covers meetings. For events, see the venue requirements checklist. Send your headcount and address and we reply within one working day (Monday to Friday).
