Dates, venue and status

IDEX and NAVDEX 2027: 21–25 January 2027, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). Date status: confirmed by the organiser. Check dates and access rules with the organiser before you commit.

Where a cart fits around a defence exhibition

Access to the halls is screened and catering is controlled by the venue, so plan hospitality in the places you are allowed to run it.

  • ✦Exhibitor and national-pavilion hospitality, where ADNEC and the organiser approve outside service
  • ✦Delegation receptions at hotels and offices around the show
  • ✦Pre-show breakfasts for your team and visiting guests
  • ✦Karak and gahwa service for a majlis-style welcome

Venue and approval: we help you ask, we never promise it

ADNEC runs in-house catering, and stand catering is an ADNEC service. Whether an outside operator may serve on a stand or in a hosted area is for ADNEC and the organiser to confirm, per the venue's exhibitor manual. We help you ask, and we do not promise approval. Access to the show is restricted and security-screened, so passes and vehicle access are confirmed with the organiser before any plan is final.

  • ✦Approval comes from the organiser and the venue, not from us
  • ✦We read the rules with you per the venue's exhibitor manual or the host's rules
  • ✦Deposit only after the route is confirmed; refunded in full if approval is later declined
  • ✦If in-venue service is not approvable, we propose an off-venue plan

Published prices

Published prices only. Abu Dhabi events are quoted per event, so the written quote lists the package first and then travel, crew and set-up lines before you confirm. Our Dubai prices are the base.
