Dates, venue and status

Arabian Travel Market 2027: 3–6 May 2027, Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). Date status: expected; confirm with the organiser. Check dates and access rules with the organiser before you commit.

How a cart fits a travel-show stand

Destination, hotel and airline stands compete for visitors' time, and a coffee bar is a simple way to start conversations.

  • ✦A barista bar beside the stand, sized to your footprint
  • ✦Karak and gahwa to present Gulf hospitality to international buyers
  • ✦A branded cart with cups printed for your destination or brand
  • ✦An off-venue plan if in-hall service is not approvable

Venue and approval: we help you ask, we never promise it

DWTC is the exclusive food and beverage supplier in its halls, and outside food and drink on a stand is restricted during build-up, show and breakdown. Bringing in an outside operator needs the venue's written approval through its catering disclaimer process, typically about a month before the first build-up day, plus Dubai Municipality food-safety compliance. Those are the rules as described in the venue's exhibitor manual, so read your own show's manual for the current version. Hosted areas such as organiser VIP or sponsor lounges can be a different route but still run through the venue. The show's exhibitor manual documents the DWTC rules for this show, so start there. We help you ask the organiser and the venue, and we say plainly before you pay anything that we cannot promise approval.

  • ✦Approval comes from the organiser and the venue, not from us
  • ✦We read the rules with you per the venue's exhibitor manual or the host's rules
  • ✦Deposit only after the route is confirmed; refunded in full if approval is later declined
  • ✦If in-venue service is not approvable, we propose an off-venue plan

Booking window

Because the date is not yet confirmed, treat this as early planning. Enquire when the organiser confirms the dates and your build-up window; DWTC's catering disclaimer is typically due about a month before first build-up, and your stand contractor will know your date.

A 50% deposit confirms your dates. We take it only once your service route is confirmed, and it is refunded in full if approval is later declined. Notice starts at 5 working days for private and corporate events and runs to 2 to 3 months for major exhibitions, because badges, power orders and venue approvals take time.

How it works

1. Enquire with the event, venue, hall or host, dates and expected guests. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with an itemised quote and a technical pack. 2. We confirm the service route with the organiser or venue through the exhibitor manual or the host's rules. 3. Route confirmed: the 50% deposit locks your dates (purchase order accepted; refunded in full if approval is later declined). 4. Power, water, storage, access and passes are fixed with your contractor or host from the technical pack. 5. We set up in your window and serve every open day.
