A Coffee Cart for Your Big 5 Global 2026 Stand, DWTC, 23–26 November 2026
Big 5 Global 2026 is confirmed by the organiser for 23–26 November 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). It is a construction-sector exhibition, so stands host buyers, specifiers and project teams across long days of meetings and demos. A ROAST barista bar gives your stand specialty espresso for the international crowd and karak and gahwa for Gulf visitors, from one operator with one VAT invoice. Timing is tight, because the venue's outside-catering approval is counted back from your first build-up day. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday).

How a cart fits a Big 5 Global stand
Construction stands run meetings back to back, and a coffee bar gives visitors a reason to stay for the next conversation.
- ✦A barista bar beside your stand, sized to the footprint your contractor allows
- ✦Karak and gahwa for Gulf clients and project teams
- ✦Sponsor or VIP lounge hospitality, where the organiser and DWTC approve it
- ✦An off-venue plan if in-hall service cannot be approved: client breakfast or a coffee service at your office or hotel near the show
Venue and approval: we help you ask, we never promise it
DWTC is the exclusive food and beverage supplier in its halls, and outside food and drink on a stand is restricted during build-up, show and breakdown. Bringing in an outside operator needs the venue's written approval through its catering disclaimer process, typically about a month before the first build-up day, plus Dubai Municipality food-safety compliance. Those are the rules as described in the venue's exhibitor manual, so read your own show's manual for the current version. Hosted areas such as organiser VIP or sponsor lounges can be a different route but still run through the venue. We help you ask the organiser and the venue, and we say plainly before you pay anything that we cannot promise approval.
- ✦Approval comes from the organiser and the venue, not from us
- ✦We read the rules with you per the venue's exhibitor manual or the host's rules
- ✦Deposit only after the route is confirmed; refunded in full if approval is later declined
- ✦If in-venue service is not approvable, we propose an off-venue plan

Booking window
The window is short. Big 5 Global opens on 23 November 2026, and DWTC's catering disclaimer is typically due about a month before your first build-up day, so ask your stand contractor for your build-up date now. If that deadline has already passed, we say so straight away and offer an off-venue plan rather than promise something we cannot deliver.
A 50% deposit confirms your dates. We take it only once your service route is confirmed, and it is refunded in full if approval is later declined. Notice starts at 5 working days for private and corporate events and runs to 2 to 3 months for major exhibitions, because badges, power orders and venue approvals take time.
How it works
1. Enquire with the event, venue, hall or host, dates and expected guests. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with an itemised quote and a technical pack. 2. We confirm the service route with the organiser or venue through the exhibitor manual or the host's rules. 3. Route confirmed: the 50% deposit locks your dates (purchase order accepted; refunded in full if approval is later declined). 4. Power, water, storage, access and passes are fixed with your contractor or host from the technical pack. 5. We set up in your window and serve every open day.
