World Governments Summit 2027 is confirmed by the organiser for 1–3 February 2027 in Dubai. It is a government-led summit with controlled, invitation-heavy access, so this page is not about selling you a stand. It is about hospitality around the programme: partner and sponsor lounges, delegation majlis areas, and receptions or breakfasts at hotels and offices. A ROAST barista bar with a karak and gahwa station serves specialty espresso for international guests and Gulf coffee hospitality for delegations, with published prices, one VAT invoice and a written technical pack. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday).

Dates, venue and status

World Governments Summit 2027: 1–3 February 2027, Dubai (venue for the 2027 edition not yet confirmed to us). Date status: confirmed by the organiser. Check dates and access rules with the organiser before you commit.

Where a cart fits around a closed government summit

Access to the summit itself is controlled by the organiser, so the realistic places for a cart are hospitality areas you are entitled to run and events around the programme.

  • ✦Partner and sponsor lounges, where a sponsor runs its own hospitality and the organiser and venue approve outside service
  • ✦Delegation hospitality: a majlis-style gahwa and karak service for visiting delegations
  • ✦Side events and receptions at hotels and offices during summit week
  • ✦Pre-event breakfasts for a delegation or company team before the day's sessions

Venue and approval: we help you ask, we never promise it

The 2027 venue has not been confirmed to us, and catering rules follow the venue. Hotels generally control catering on their premises, so an outside operator needs the host's approval, and a convention centre sets its own contractor rules. Once the venue is announced, we read its catering rules with you. If it turns out to be a DWTC hall, the DWTC position applies: DWTC is the exclusive food and beverage supplier in its halls, and outside catering needs the venue's written approval through its catering disclaimer process, typically about a month before build-up. Government entities may also have supplier registration requirements; ask the entity which applies to your hospitality spend.

  • ✦Approval comes from the organiser and the venue, not from us
  • ✦We read the rules with you per the venue's exhibitor manual or the host's rules
  • ✦Deposit only after the route is confirmed; refunded in full if approval is later declined
  • ✦If in-venue service is not approvable, we propose an off-venue plan

Booking window

Summit-week dates are exclusive bookings: a team and cart are held for you. Because the venue and your approval route are not yet fixed, enquire early with your expected guest numbers and the host who will approve the service. Allow 2 to 3 months for approvals on a major event, counted back from 1 February 2027.

A 50% deposit confirms your dates. We take it only once your service route is confirmed, and it is refunded in full if approval is later declined. Notice starts at 5 working days for private and corporate events and runs to 2 to 3 months for major exhibitions, because badges, power orders and venue approvals take time.

How it works

1. Enquire with the event, venue, hall or host, dates and expected guests. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with an itemised quote and a technical pack. 2. We confirm the service route with the organiser or venue through the exhibitor manual or the host's rules. 3. Route confirmed: the 50% deposit locks your dates (purchase order accepted; refunded in full if approval is later declined). 4. Power, water, storage, access and passes are fixed with your contractor or host from the technical pack. 5. We set up in your window and serve every open day.
