We name it here as a venue only: ROAST has no arrangement with ADNEC, and every event there follows the venue’s own catering and contractor rules. ROAST is Dubai-based and our team travels to Abu Dhabi. Our published Dubai cart prices are the base, and travel, crew and set-up are quoted per event as their own lines before you agree. Can ROAST serve inside ADNEC?
ADNEC runs in-house catering. Whether an outside operator may serve on a stand or in a hosted area is for ADNEC and your organiser to confirm. We help you ask and we do not promise approval.
What does it cost?
Published Dubai cart prices are the base: from AED 3,000 for a half day and AED 4,500 for a full day, ex 5% VAT. The Abu Dhabi quote adds travel, crew and set-up lines where they apply.
Is there a ROAST café in Abu Dhabi?
No. ROAST has no café outside Dubai. We bring carts and stations to Abu Dhabi events, quoted on request.

Venue catering at ADNEC: what we know and what we do not

ADNEC runs in-house catering, and stand catering is an ADNEC service. We have not seen a published policy on outside caterers, so we treat the answer as unknown until the venue or your organiser confirms it in writing. Access to many events is also controlled by the organiser, with passes and vehicle access arranged through them.

  • ✦We never promise a spot inside a hall or stand that does not allow outside coffee

Published prices only. They are our Dubai cart prices (source: coffee cart hire cost in Dubai and the corporate rate card 2026). Abu Dhabi events are quoted per event, so the written quote lists the package first and then any travel, crew and set-up lines before you confirm.

  • ✦Espresso Bar: half day, 1 barista, up to 4 hours, about 100 guests, from AED 3,000
  • ✦Signature Bar: full day, 2 baristas, up to 8 hours, about 200 guests, from AED 4,500
  • ✦Coffee + Karak Experience: full day, karak and gahwa station with a dedicated server, plus Cha Cha Chai street food (vada pav, samosa pav and momos; quantities confirmed on your quote), from AED 5,900
  • ✦Add-ons: extra hour AED 400, relief barista AED 600 a day, karak station à la carte from AED 900 a day, branded cups from AED 750
  • ✦All prices ex 5% VAT; tax invoice with TRN; purchase orders accepted; any venue or organiser fees are itemised separately

How it works

1. Send us the event, venue, dates and expected guests. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with an itemised quote. 2. We confirm the service route with you, the organiser or the venue. 3. Travel, crew and set-up appear as their own lines on the quote. 4. Power, access and timing are fixed with you and your contractor. 5. We set up in your window and serve every open day. Timing and terms are confirmed on your quote.

Yes, by enquiry, where the venue and organiser allow outside service. ADNEC runs in-house catering, so approval is for ADNEC and your organiser to give. We help you ask and we do not promise a place inside the halls. Around the event, at a hotel, office or private venue, we can usually plan directly.

How much does a coffee cart cost for an event in Abu Dhabi?

Do you have a café or a team in Abu Dhabi?

No. ROAST has no café outside Dubai and our team is Dubai-based. We travel to Abu Dhabi for events and show the travel on your written quote.

What if ADNEC does not allow outside coffee?

We do not promise a spot inside a venue that does not allow it. We propose hospitality around the event instead: a breakfast or reception for your team and guests at a hotel, office or private venue, quoted per event.

How early should we enquire?

Exhibitions need lead time because venue approvals, passes and power orders take time, so enquire as early as you can and send the exhibitor manual pages that cover catering. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with what is possible and what is not.

Which package suits an exhibition?

The Espresso Bar (half day, 1 barista, about 100 guests) suits a single hosted session or reception. The Signature Bar (full day, 2 baristas, about 200 guests) suits a full show day. Add the Coffee + Karak Experience if you want a majlis-style welcome. We confirm the right one on your quote.
