Step one: welcome trays and flasks for day one
Flasks and trays need no equipment and no set-up, which suits a room with no pantry yet. Published rates, before 5% VAT. A flask pours about six cups, so count the cups, divide by six and round up.

Delivery in Dubai for trays and flasks is AED 250 minimum per delivery, free above AED 500 and a flat AED 40 below that.
Step two: a barista bar for the opening reception
For the reception itself, the cart packages are published on our coffee cart cost page. Delivery, setup and teardown in Dubai are included.

A cart is priced per package, not per head. A 50% deposit confirms the date, and carts need from 5 working days’ notice. The packages are in full on coffee cart hire in Dubai.
Step three: a pantry plan after the opening
Once the reception is over, the managed pantry takes over. The tiers are published on our office coffee subscription page. They are priced per tier, not per head.

The bean-to-cup machine is placed free on a six-month plan, or the machine loan is AED 199 a month with no lock-in. Twelve-month terms save 8%. Everything rolls into one VAT invoice.
Worked example: opening a floor for 40 people
A team of 40 moves in. The office manager orders flasks and trays for the first morning, a half-day cart for the reception, and moves to the Floor tier afterwards. Using published rates only:
