Per-head packages are priced per person, so the total is the rate times the headcount. The figures are “from” prices before 5% VAT.

Smaller cohorts
Below 8 people we publish drinks only. A 1L flask pours about six cups: karak chai from AED 40, saffron chai AED 44, specialty filter coffee from AED 65 and Arabic gahwa with dates from AED 55. A 10-cup karak tray is from AED 250, with samosa pav extra. Count the cups, divide by six and round up. Karak chai for a team of six needs one flask, which is AED 40 before delivery and VAT.
Worked example: 12 new joiners
A cohort of 12 has a Working Breakfast at the start of the day and two filter-coffee flasks for the afternoon session. Using published rates only:

Ordering and delivery terms
Per-head packages are quoted per order: send the date, address, headcount and package and the itemised quote follows. For trays and flasks, delivery in Dubai is AED 250 minimum per delivery, free delivery above AED 500, flat AED 40 below that, and nearby Dubai offices can often be served the same day when you order in the morning.
