A half-day and a full-day flow

One way to plan a half day is to open with a Working Breakfast and add a flask to the breakout rooms. A full day can run on the Full Meeting Day for the main room, with flasks wherever a second room runs in parallel. Your quote shows the exact split.
Totals by headcount
Meeting packages are priced per person, so the total is the rate times the headcount. The figures are “from” prices before 5% VAT.

For a 12-person board meeting on the Working Breakfast package, the total is 12 x 55 = from AED 660 before VAT. To try your own headcount, use the cost estimator; it adds up the same published prices and shows the VAT line.

A 20-person workshop runs all day on the Full Meeting Day package, with two filter-coffee flasks for a breakout room. Using published rates only:

- Date and times: arrival, break times and finish, so the coffee lands before the break rather than after it.
- Venue address in Dubai: the room, the floor and the best delivery entrance. For an offsite, check the venue’s rules on outside suppliers first.
- Headcount: the confirmed number and how late it can change.
- Package or flasks: the package, or the number of flasks and trays for a smaller group.
- Multi-day courses: we repeat the same break on each day, ordered against one purchase order and billed on one monthly itemised VAT invoice.
Ordering and delivery terms
Per-head packages are quoted per order: send the date, address, headcount and package and the itemised quote follows. For trays and flasks, delivery in Dubai is AED 250 minimum per delivery, free delivery above AED 500, flat AED 40 below that, and flasks and trays can often go same-day to nearby Dubai offices when ordered in the morning. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with an itemised quote. Every order carries a VAT tax invoice with TRN, and purchase orders are accepted.

Coffee Break, Working Breakfast and Full Meeting Day start at 8 people. Below that, order karak flasks, filter-coffee flasks or a 10-cup tray.
What does a 20-person Full Meeting Day cost?
95 x 20 = AED 1,900 before 5% VAT. With VAT that is AED 1,995. The same group on a Coffee Break is AED 900, and on a Working Breakfast AED 1,100, before VAT.
Which package suits a mid-morning break?
Coffee Break, from AED 45 per head, is the package for a pause in the day such as the mid-morning or mid-afternoon break at a training day or workshop.
Can we order only flasks for a small workshop?
Yes. A 1L flask holds about six cups: karak or saffron chai from AED 40 and AED 44, specialty filter coffee from AED 65 and Arabic gahwa with dates from AED 55. Trays of ten cups of karak start at AED 250.
How much notice do you need?
Trays and flasks can often go same-day to nearby Dubai offices when ordered in the morning. Per-head packages are quoted per order, so send the date, address, headcount and package as early as you can.
Can a multi-day training run on one purchase order?
Yes. We repeat the same break on every day of the course, ordered against one purchase order and billed on one monthly itemised VAT invoice.
