INDEX Dubai (interiors), The Hotel Show Dubai (hospitality) and WORKSPACE are listed together as co-located shows. The 2027 dates, 1–3 June 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), come from trade listings only, as listed by trade directories; confirm on the organiser’s website before you commit to a booking. We do not publish opening hours here; your exhibitor manual and the organiser give the show-day schedule.

Whether a cart can operate on your stand depends on the venue and the organiser, not on us. We do not describe their rules here. Check the venue and organiser catering policy and your exhibitor manual before you book, and use our coffee cart venue requirements checklist to see what to ask. We help you ask and we never promise approval. Your 50% deposit is taken only after your service route is confirmed, and it is refunded in full if approval is later declined.

Can ROAST serve on our INDEX or Hotel Show stand?
Only where the organiser and the venue allow it. Check the venue and organiser catering policy and your exhibitor manual first. We help you ask and never promise approval; the deposit is taken only after the route is confirmed and refunded in full if approval is declined.
What does the live karak station serve?
Karak only, poured by a dedicated server. It is included in the Coffee + Karak Experience, or available on its own from AED 900/day.
Do you serve outside Dubai?
Yes. UAE-wide enquiries are welcome, and each event is quoted individually. Dubai delivery, setup and teardown are included in the published prices; other emirates are quoted per event.
What is included in the price?
The barista team for the package hours, the branded cart, Dubai delivery, setup and teardown, and a VAT tax invoice with TRN. Extra hour AED 400, relief barista AED 600/day and branded cups from AED 750 are add-ons.
How early should we book?
Notice runs from 5 working days for private and corporate events to 2 to 3 months for major exhibitions. The shows are listed for June 2027, so enquire early with your hall and stand number.
