What arrives with the barista
When you hire a ROAST barista you are hiring a working bar, not just a pair of hands. Everything below is included in the packages and set up on the day by our team.
- A trained ROAST barista pouring fresh espresso, matcha and, on request, karak, live in front of your guests.
- The branded cart and espresso kit, with a full espresso menu, all milks and consumables.
- Delivery, setup and teardown in Dubai, so you do not need to arrange anything except the space.
- Branded cups or a latte-art stencil on the Signature Bar; custom branding from AED 750 on any package.
- A VAT tax invoice with TRN, with purchase orders accepted.
Where a hired barista fits
- Event bars: product launches, conferences, open days and weddings, where a live bar becomes part of the programme. See the corporate event coffee bar and weddings and private events pages.
- Brand activations and pop-up days: a barista and a branded bar for a day in a lobby, showroom or on a stand. For trade shows, see exhibition stand carts.
- Office days: a staff appreciation morning or a recurring coffee o'clock on your floor, alongside a pantry plan if you want everyday coffee as well.

Common questions
How much does it cost to hire a barista in Dubai?
A half-day Espresso Bar with one ROAST barista (up to 4 hours, about 100 guests) is from AED 3,000, and a full-day Signature Bar with two baristas (up to 8 hours, about 200 guests) is from AED 4,500, ex 5% VAT. An extra hour is AED 400 and an extra barista AED 600. Delivery, setup and teardown in Dubai are included.
Can I hire a barista without the cart?
We hire out baristas as part of a bar: the barista, the branded cart, the espresso kit, milks and consumables arrive together. A barista-only rate is not a published price, so if you already own a machine, tell us on the enquiry and we confirm in writing what is possible.
How many guests can one barista serve?
One barista serves about 100 guests over a half day (up to 4 hours). Two baristas on a twin-grinder setup serve about 200 guests over a full day (up to 8 hours). For a busier crowd, an extra barista is AED 600.
How much notice do you need?
From five working days for private and corporate events in Dubai, and a 50% deposit confirms the date. Major exhibitions need two to three months because badges, power orders and venue approvals take time. Last-minute? WhatsApp us and we say honestly what is possible.
Can a barista come to our office for a coffee morning?
Yes. A live barista bar for a morning, a launch day or a recurring coffee o'clock is part of our office programmes. The half-day Espresso Bar price above is the published starting point, and a recurring schedule is confirmed on your written quote.
