A ROAST coffee cart for your Intersec stand starts at AED 3,000 for a half-day Espresso Bar and AED 4,500 for a full-day Signature Bar, ex 5% VAT, with Dubai delivery, setup and teardown included. Intersec 2027 runs 12–14 January 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre. We supply specialty espresso and a live karak station for your stand or hospitality area, with published prices, one VAT invoice and a written technical pack. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday).

What Intersec is, and the dates
Intersec is an exhibition for the security and safety sector. The 2027 edition runs 12–14 January 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). Dates are as published by the organiser on 01/11/2026. A few third-party listings show other dates, so confirm with the organiser before you commit to a booking. We do not publish opening hours here; your exhibitor manual and the organiser give the show-day schedule.
How a cart or station supports a stand or hospitality area
A busy exhibition stand needs a reason for visitors to stop and stay long enough for a proper conversation. A barista bar gives your team a natural opening, and a live karak station offers Gulf hospitality that guests remember.

Whether a cart can operate on your stand depends on the venue and the organiser, not on us. We do not describe DWTC’s rules here. Check DWTC’s catering policy and your exhibitor manual before you book, and use our coffee cart venue requirements checklist to see what to ask. We help you ask and we never promise approval. Your 50% deposit is taken only after your service route is confirmed, and it is refunded in full if approval is later declined.

Can ROAST serve on our Intersec stand?
Only where the organiser and the venue allow it. Check DWTC’s catering policy and your exhibitor manual first. We help you ask and never promise approval; the deposit is taken only after the route is confirmed and refunded in full if approval is declined.
What does the live karak station serve?
Karak only, poured by a dedicated server. It is included in the Coffee + Karak Experience, or available on its own from AED 900/day.
Do you serve outside Dubai?
Yes. UAE-wide enquiries are welcome, and each event is quoted individually. Dubai delivery, setup and teardown are included in the published prices; other emirates are quoted per event.
What is included in the price?
The barista team for the package hours, the branded cart, Dubai delivery, setup and teardown, and a VAT tax invoice with TRN. Extra hour AED 400, relief barista AED 600/day and branded cups from AED 750 are add-ons.
How early should we book?
Notice runs from 5 working days for private and corporate events to 2 to 3 months for major exhibitions. With Intersec about ten weeks away, enquire now with your hall and stand number.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with an itemised quote and a technical pack for your stand contractor.
