It sets out the barista bar, the gahwa and majlis options and the branding add-on from our published rates, with a worked example you can check before asking for a quote.

Which format fits the day

Choose by how guests will move through the space. A cart gives a queue and a conversation. A station lets guests help themselves. All prices are published rates, before 5% VAT.

Showrooms, branches and offices

The same formats work wherever you host. For vehicle and property customers, read coffee for car dealerships and showrooms and coffee for real estate launches. If the day is part of a larger programme in a hotel or venue, see coffee for conferences and hotels. A cart sets up indoors or outdoors, and the setup needs are confirmed on your quote.

Gahwa and majlis for a warmer welcome

Arabic coffee with dates is a familiar way to greet guests in Dubai. Published majlis totals for the station, before 5% VAT, are unit price times guests:

GuestsMajlis station (from AED 45 a person)Hosted majlis (from AED 85 a person)
30AED 1,350minimum 40 guests
50AED 2,250AED 4,250
100AED 4,500AED 8,500

Full details are on the gahwa and majlis service page.

Adding your brand

Custom branding on cups, sleeves and signage is a published add-on from AED 750, ex 5% VAT. It turns the cart into part of the day’s identity, and the cup goes home with the guest. The artwork and the final amount are confirmed on your quote.

Worked example: a customer day for 100 guests

A showroom hosts 100 customers for a morning. It books a half-day cart with branded cups and two gahwa flasks with dates for the VIP room. Using published rates only:

Espresso Bar, half day1 x 3,0003,000
Custom branding, from1 x 750750
Gahwa flasks with dates, from2 x 55110
Subtotal, before VAT, from3,860

Total with VAT, from4,053

This illustrates arithmetic from published rates, not a quote. Delivery for the flasks follows the published terms of AED 250 minimum per delivery, free above AED 500 and a flat AED 40 below that. A majlis station for the same 100 guests would be from AED 4,500.

Plan the rest of the day

The coffee cart estimator adds up a cart from the published rates and is a guide, not a quote. For bigger programmes, the complete guide to event coffee in Dubai covers the planning in full.

Send the date, address, headcount and whether you want branding. A 50% deposit (عربون) confirms the date and carts need from 5 working days’ notice. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with an itemised quote. Delivery is within Dubai.
