Logistics questions to expect
A showroom is a clean, high-value space, so we plan around it. The answers are confirmed on the quote.
- Access: the delivery entrance and route, since a cart cannot cross the showroom floor, and any mall or landlord permits.
- Power: where outlets sit relative to the cart or station, so no cables cross a walkway or the vehicles.
- Timing: setup before opening or before the launch, service hours and pack-down.
- Layout: the position of the counter away from vehicles on display, with space for a queue.
- Permissions: whether the brand or the landlord must approve an outside caterer.

How far ahead should I book a launch?
Carts and live stations need from five working days’ notice, and a 50% deposit confirms the date. Launch dates fill early, so ask as soon as yours is fixed.
Can we run a station for the weekend only?
Yes. The standalone karak and gahwa station is from AED 900 a day. Tell us the dates and hours and we confirm them on the quote.
Is a coffee machine for the service lounge really free?
The bean-to-cup machine is a free loan on a six-month bean plan; otherwise it is AED 199 a month with no lock-in.
Can the cart match our launch branding?
Custom branding for cups, sleeves and signage is an add-on from AED 750. What suits your artwork is confirmed on the quote.
Do you issue VAT invoices and accept purchase orders?
Yes. Every order carries a VAT tax invoice with TRN, purchase orders are accepted, and everything served is halal.
Do you serve showrooms outside Dubai?
Outside Dubai? Dubai is our home, but enquiries from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE are welcome. Tell us the address, date and headcount and we confirm what we can do, with travel, crew and logistics shown on your written quote.
