Coffee for real estate launches, sales centres and broker events in Dubai
A property launch is judged in the first ten minutes: whether guests can get a good drink without queuing, and whether your sales team can keep talking instead of hosting. This page is for marketing managers and sales-centre leads at developers and brokerages in Dubai planning a launch, an open day or a broker briefing. It shows which published package fits each occasion and what it costs, so you can budget before asking for a quote.

Typical occasions
Real estate buyers usually brief us on one of four moments.
- Launch events and VIP previews at a sales centre or a hotel ballroom, where a live barista bar gives guests something to hold and a reason to linger.
- Sales centre open days over a weekend, when footfall arrives in waves and the queue must keep moving.
- Broker and agent briefings, usually a morning breakfast for a set headcount.
- Roadshows and off-site presentations at an exhibition hall or serviced venue, which we treat like any other venue and name generically on the quote.

Logistics questions to expect
We ask about these early because they decide whether a cart can run smoothly. The answers are confirmed on your quote.
- Access: the loading route, whether a service lift or loading bay is available, and any building or developer passes needed for the crew.
- Power: where outlets sit relative to the cart position, so the machine is not trailing across a showroom floor.
- Timing: setup before doors open, service hours, and pack-down once the last guest leaves.
- Layout: where the queue forms so it does not block the scale model or the sales desks.
- Approvals: whether the venue or management office must approve an outside caterer, and what paperwork it wants.
We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with an itemised quote, confirming access, power and timing in writing. Every order carries a VAT tax invoice with TRN.

Common questions
How much notice do you need for a launch?
Carts and live stations need from five working days’ notice for private and corporate events, and a 50% deposit confirms the date. Popular dates fill early, so ask as soon as the date is set.
Which package suits a 200-guest open day?
The Signature Bar full day is from AED 4,500 for up to about 200 guests with two baristas and up to 8 hours. Add the standalone karak and gahwa station from AED 900 a day if you want a second drink moment.
Can the cart carry our project branding?
Custom branding for cups, sleeves and signage is an add-on from AED 750. What is possible for your artwork is confirmed on the quote.
Do you issue a VAT invoice for our finance team?
Yes. Every order carries a VAT tax invoice with TRN, purchase orders are accepted, and everything served is halal from a licensed UAE F&B operator.
Do you cover launches outside Dubai?
Outside Dubai? Dubai is our home, but enquiries from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE are welcome. Tell us the address, date and headcount and we confirm what we can do, with travel, crew and logistics shown on your written quote.
