Coffee for universities, colleges and schools in Dubai

Education calendars are full of days that depend on a good first impression: open days, orientation, graduation, parent evenings. This page is for events, admissions and facilities teams at universities, colleges and schools in Dubai. It covers which published package suits each occasion, a worked total for an open day, and the access questions campuses raise.

Typical occasions

Education buyers usually ask us about four moments in the year.

  • Open days and admissions evenings, where visiting families arrive in waves and a drinks counter gives the day a focal point.
  • Orientation and welcome weeks for new students and staff.
  • Graduation and award ceremonies, which tend to want a Dubai-style welcome with karak and gahwa.
  • Staff rooms and faculty meetings, a steady need rather than a one-off.

Logistics questions to expect

Campuses have gates, schedules and rules of their own. We ask early and write the answers into the quote.

  • Access: the gate and route for vehicles, any permits or visitor registration for the crew, and who meets us on arrival.
  • Power and position: where the cart or station can stand, indoors or outdoors, and the outlets nearby.
  • Timing: setup around lessons, assemblies or ceremony schedules, and pack-down.
  • Dietary needs: allergies and preferences flagged ahead of the day.
  • Approvals: whether the administration must approve outside suppliers, and what paperwork it wants.

We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with an itemised quote, confirming access, power and timing in writing. Every order carries a VAT tax invoice with TRN.

Common questions

Do you serve campuses in areas such as Academic City or Knowledge Park?

Those are well-known education areas in Dubai, and we name them only to show where campuses sit. Tell us your address and date and we confirm delivery, setup and timing on the written quote.

Is the food halal?

Yes. ROAST and Cha Cha Chai are a licensed halal UAE F&B operator and everything served is halal.

How much notice do you need for a graduation?

Carts and live stations need from five working days’ notice, and a 50% deposit confirms the date. Graduation dates fill early, so ask as soon as yours is set.

What does the Coffee + Karak Experience include?

Everything in the Signature Bar, a live Cha Cha Chai karak and gahwa station with a dedicated server, and Cha Cha Chai street food (vada pav, samosa pav and momos). Quantities are confirmed on your quote.

Do you issue VAT invoices and accept purchase orders?

Yes. Every order carries a VAT tax invoice with TRN, and purchase orders are accepted.

Do you serve schools outside Dubai?

Outside Dubai? Dubai is our home, but enquiries from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE are welcome. Tell us the address, date and headcount and we confirm what we can do, with travel, crew and logistics shown on your written quote.
