Coffee for coworking spaces in Dubai: pantry plans and member events
A coworking space sells a feeling that the day runs itself, and coffee is a big part of it. This page is for operators and community managers in Dubai who need dependable pantry coffee for members, plus the occasional member event that deserves a live barista. It sets out which published plans fit, how a month and an event add up, and what we ask before quoting.

Typical occasions
Operators tend to need coffee in three layers.
- Everyday member coffee in the kitchen or pantry, where the issue is reliability: the machine is on, the beans have not run out.
- Meeting-room and client-day hospitality, where members book a room and want flasks or a breakfast delivered.
- Community and member events such as a launch evening, a networking morning or a tenant appreciation day, where a live barista adds atmosphere.
- New-floor openings, when a coworking operator needs a pantry in place before the first members arrive.

| Half-day coffee cart for the member event | 1 x 3,000 | 3,000 |
| Extra hour of service | 1 x 400 | 400 |
| Subtotal, before VAT | 4,550 | |
| VAT at 5% | 227.50 | |
| Total with VAT | 4,777.50 |

Logistics questions to expect
For a managed space we ask a few practical things, and the answers go on the quote.
- Access: the delivery route, the building or management office rules for outside suppliers, and who signs for a delivery.
- Power and space: where a machine or cart can stand, and the outlets nearby.
- Timing: deliveries before members arrive, event setup windows and pack-down.
- Headcount: the member count and how it varies, so the right tier is chosen rather than the cheapest.
- Billing: one invoice for the operator or separate invoices per tenant, and any PO number.
We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with an itemised quote, confirming access, power and timing in writing. Every order carries a VAT tax invoice with TRN.

Common questions
How do I choose between the Desk and Floor tiers?
Desk is from AED 599 a month for about 15 people. A 30-person floor is about AED 1,150 a month. Tell us the member count and typical cups a day and we confirm the tier on the quote.
Is the machine really free?
The bean-to-cup machine is a free loan on a six-month bean plan. Without the plan it is AED 199 a month with no lock-in.
Can we order karak as well as specialty coffee?
Yes. Karak flasks start at AED 40 and 10-cup trays at AED 250, and they can sit on the same quote and invoice as the pantry plan.
How much notice does a member event need?
A cart and live stations need from five working days’ notice, and a 50% deposit confirms the date. Tell us the date as early as you can.
Do you issue VAT invoices and accept purchase orders?
Yes. Every order carries a VAT tax invoice with TRN, and purchase orders are accepted.
Do you serve spaces outside Dubai?
Outside Dubai? Dubai is our home, but enquiries from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE are welcome. Tell us the address, date and headcount and we confirm what we can do, with travel, crew and logistics shown on your written quote.
