Coffee for clinics, hospitals and medical meetings in Dubai

Clinics and hospitals run on long shifts, and the people on them notice good coffee. This page is for practice managers, administrators and medical-education coordinators in Dubai who need coffee for a staff room, a doctors’ meeting or a CME session. It shows which published package fits, a worked total, and the questions a healthcare site tends to raise.

Typical occasions

Healthcare buyers usually ask us about four situations.

  • Staff and break rooms where a steady supply of coffee and karak keeps a shift going.
  • Waiting-area hospitality where the facility decides what may be offered to visitors, so we start from your rules.
  • Doctor and department meetings, often a morning breakfast for a fixed headcount.
  • CME sessions and medical-education days, with delegates arriving together and breaks on a timetable.

Logistics questions to expect

A healthcare site has its own entry rules, so we ask before we quote. The answers are written onto the quote.

  • Access: which entrance and lift deliveries use, whether security passes or visitor registration are needed, and who meets the driver.
  • Timing: the delivery window against the meeting start, and any quiet hours at your site.
  • Dietary needs: allergies and preferences, so ingredients can be flagged.
  • Location of service: a meeting room, staff room or event hall. Where food and drink may be served is your facility’s decision.
  • Paperwork: your TRN details, a PO number, and any supplier documents your procurement team needs, which we can supply on request.

We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday) with an itemised quote, confirming access, power and timing in writing. Every order carries a VAT tax invoice with TRN.

Common questions

Is everything you serve halal?

Yes. ROAST and Cha Cha Chai are a licensed halal UAE F&B operator and everything served is halal.

Do you provide a VAT invoice?

Yes. Every order carries a VAT tax invoice with TRN, and purchase orders are accepted.

What is the smallest breakfast order?

Per-head packages start at 8 people. For smaller teams a karak flask from AED 40 or a 10-cup tray from AED 250 may suit better.

Can you supply a staff-room pantry on a monthly plan?

Yes. Pantry plans start from AED 599 a month for about 15 people, and the bean-to-cup machine is a free loan on a six-month bean plan or AED 199 a month with no lock-in.

Can you serve a health fair or open day?

A half-day coffee cart is from AED 3,000 for up to about 100 guests. Carts and live stations need from five working days’ notice, and a 50% deposit confirms the date.

Do you serve healthcare sites outside Dubai?

Outside Dubai? Dubai is our home, but enquiries from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE are welcome. Tell us the address, date and headcount and we confirm what we can do, with travel, crew and logistics shown on your written quote.
