Coffee for night-shift teams and 24-hour operations in Dubai
Night shifts do not stop when the café closes. Hospitals, logistics hubs, security desks, contact centres and data centres run through the night, and the people on those shifts want something hot at three in the morning as much as anyone does. This page is for shift supervisors, facilities teams, HR and office managers in Dubai. It sets out which ROAST cafés never close, the hours of the others, which flasks and trays we publish for a shift, and how to work out the cost.
Prices as published on our corporate catering cost page on 9 October 2026, ex 5% VAT. Opening hours as published on our 24-hour café page.

Who this is for
Any team that works through the night and wants a proper hot drink rather than a vending machine.
- Hospitals and clinics, where support and clinical staff work overnight rotas.
- Logistics and warehousing, where loading and dispatch run around the clock.
- Security and facilities teams, who cover buildings while everyone else is asleep.
- Contact centres, which serve other time zones from Dubai.
- Data centres and operations rooms with a standing night crew.
Which cafés are open when
Only two ROAST cafés never close. Everything else has set hours, so a shift that crosses 11 PM or 1 AM cannot rely on the others. Hours as published:
| Café | Hours |
|---|---|
| Deira, Business Village | Open 24 hours, every day |
| Dubai Silicon Oasis | Open 24 hours, every day |
| Dubai Marina | Daily 7 AM to 1 AM |

Teams close to Deira or Dubai Silicon Oasis can walk in at any hour; a karak is AED 14 dine-in. See the 24-hour cafés in Dubai page, the 24-hour karak in Deira page and coffee and karak in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Our sister brand also publishes a page on karak for night-shift teams.
