Many planners search for a coffee truck when what they need is coffee at an event. We are straightforward about this: ROAST does not run coffee trucks. What we run is a branded cart and a barista bar, with our own baristas, that our team sets up wherever you are hosting and packs down afterwards.
For most corporate events that is the better fit, because the places events happen are rarely places a truck can reach.

No. ROAST runs coffee carts and barista bars, not trucks. A cart is set up and packed down by our team at your venue, which is why it works inside hotel ballrooms, lobbies and exhibition stands where a truck cannot park.
What is a mobile barista bar?
A mobile barista bar is a bar that comes to you: trained baristas, an espresso setup and the cups, delivered and installed at your address. Ours is the Signature Bar, a full-day bar with two baristas and a twin-grinder setup for about 200 guests, from AED 4,500 ex 5% VAT.
Can the bar run outdoors as well as indoors?
Yes, indoors or out. Tell us the venue and we confirm the space, power and setup timings on your written quote. If a venue cannot take the bar, we say so and suggest a compliant alternative rather than promise it.
How many guests can a mobile bar serve?
The half-day Espresso Bar with one barista serves about 100 guests over up to 4 hours, from AED 3,000. The full-day Signature Bar with two baristas serves about 200 guests over up to 8 hours, from AED 4,500. An extra barista is AED 600.
How far ahead should I book a mobile barista bar?
From five working days for private and corporate events in Dubai, with a 50% deposit to confirm the date. Major exhibitions need two to three months. Peak seasons such as Ramadan and October to March fill fast, so earlier is better.
