What's the minimum order, and how fast can you deliver?
You can start from a single 1L flask (from AED 40) or a 10-cup karak tray (from AED 250) — no long contract to begin. We deliver same-day to nearby Dubai offices when you order ahead in the morning; for larger or further orders we confirm the delivery window as soon as you enquire.
How much notice do you need for an event barista bar or live karak station?
From 5 working days’ notice for private and corporate events; 2–3 months for major exhibitions (badges, power orders and venue approvals take time). A 50% deposit confirms your date. Ramadan and the October–March season fill fast. Trays and flasks: same-day to nearby Dubai offices when ordered in the morning. Last-minute? Which areas of Dubai do you deliver to?
From our cafés and Dubai Science Park cloud kitchen we cover Dubai broadly — DIFC, Business Bay, JLT, Dubai Media and Internet City, Dubai Science Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Marina, Deira and most addresses in between. If you're not sure we reach your building, just ask — with 9 locations across the city, we usually do.
Do you work with offices or events in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah?
We are Dubai-based. Enquiries from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE are welcome: tell us the address, date and headcount and we confirm what we can do and we reply within one working day. Delivery, setup and any travel are confirmed on the quote.
Is your food halal, and can you handle allergies and dietary needs?
Yes — everything we serve is halal. Tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you enquire and we'll flag ingredients and offer suitable options. Food-safety documentation is available on request.
What happens if an order is late or wrong for an important meeting?
You get a direct contact for live orders, so at 8:45 you're talking to a person, not a queue. If an order is late or not right, we make it right quickly — re-deliver or credit it. And because we run 9 Dubai locations, if the nearest kitchen is slammed the next one covers you, a backup plan most single-kitchen caterers don't have.
Do you invoice properly, with a VAT tax invoice and TRN?
Yes. ROAST × Cha Cha Chai runs on two licensed UAE F&B companies — ROAST LLC and CCC LLC, part of Missan Group — so every order comes with a proper VAT tax invoice showing our TRN. Recurring accounts get one monthly itemised invoice you can reconcile line by line, and you can set us up as a supplier and order against a PO.
We already have a coffee supplier — can we still work with you?
Absolutely, and you don't have to rip anything out. Keep your machine if you like it; we'll supply the coffee, fold your setup into one plan, and add real karak chai and Arabic coffee alongside proper specialty espresso. Most offices come to us to stop juggling five suppliers and five invoices, not to start over.
Can you cater a corporate iftar or majlis-style Arabic coffee service?
Yes — this is where we're strongest. Cha Cha Chai has poured karak since 2013, so alongside specialty coffee we bring authentic gahwa and dates majlis sets, karak service, and full corporate iftar catering, presented the way a Dubai host should. Specialty coffee and authentic karak from one supplier. Ramadan books out early, so talk to us ahead of time.
Can you handle a large recurring account or a big event?
