Office coffee in Dubai: Desk, Floor or HQ?
ROAST publishes three office coffee plans for Dubai, and the choice is mostly headcount. Desk is AED 599 a month for about 15 people, Floor is AED 1,150 for about 15 to 50 and HQ is AED 2,200 for 50 or more, all before 5% VAT, with a bean-to-cup machine placed free on a six-month plan. Who each plan fits
Desk: a small team, up to about 15 people
A single pantry or kitchenette where the same people drink coffee and karak every day. It starts at AED 599 a month, which is about AED 40 per person at 15 people.
Floor: a growing team, about 15 to 50 people
One or two floors, or a team that has outgrown a single pantry. It starts at AED 1,150 a month and the beans, karak and gahwa volumes are sized for the larger group.
HQ: 50 or more people, or several floors
A head office or multi-floor site. It starts at AED 2,200 a month and moves to commercial machine(s), unlimited-usage beans and a dedicated account manager.
The headcounts are published as “about”. If you sit near a boundary, such as 14 or 16 people, or 48 or 52, tell us the real number and we quote the plan that fits.
What is included, as published
- Desk: about 3–4 kg of specialty beans a month plus 40 karak servings a week; bean-to-cup machine placed free (no deposit) on a six-month plan; delivery and servicing; one VAT invoice.
- Floor: about 8–10 kg of beans a month plus a daily karak or gahwa flask rotation; priority servicing; quarterly bean rotation and tasting; free machine.
- HQ: commercial machine(s), unlimited-usage beans, daily karak and saffron gahwa, and a dedicated account manager.

Worked monthly cost per person
The plans are priced per tier, not per head, so the cost per person is the monthly price divided by the number of people. All figures are before 5% VAT.

The pattern is simple. The cost per person falls as a plan fills up and steps up when you move to the next one. A plan is full when the team reaches its published range, so a 50-person team on Floor is AED 23.00 each while the same team on HQ is AED 44.00 each; HQ is the choice when you want what it adds, not when you want the lowest figure. Over a year, before any 12-month saving, the plans are 599 x 12 = AED 7,188, 1,150 x 12 = AED 13,800 and 2,200 x 12 = AED 26,400. Add 5% VAT.
How to switch plans
Plans follow headcount. If the team grows or shrinks, send us the new number by WhatsApp +971 50 645 7762 or the quote form, and we confirm the right plan and any change on a written quote. Common questions
Which plan fits a team of 25?
The Floor plan, which covers about 15 to 50 people, at AED 1,150 a month before VAT. For 25 people that is 1,150 ÷ 25 = AED 46.00 per person per month. Floor includes about 8–10 kg of beans a month and a daily karak or gahwa flask rotation.
Is the coffee machine really free?
The bean-to-cup machine is placed free, with no deposit, on a six-month plan. If you only want the machine, it is AED 199 a month with no lock-in. Both are before 5% VAT.
Do the monthly prices include VAT?
No. Desk, Floor and HQ are all before 5% VAT. For Desk that is 599 + 5% = AED 628.95 a month, and your invoice shows the VAT separately with our TRN.
What if we grow past 50 people?
The HQ plan starts at AED 2,200 a month for 50 or more people. It adds commercial machine(s), unlimited-usage beans, a daily karak and saffron gahwa service and a dedicated account manager.
Can we switch between plans later?
Plans are set by headcount, so tell us the new team size and we confirm the right plan on a written quote. Moving between plans is agreed in writing on your quote: tell us the headcount and we confirm the tier and any notice period.
